Bean sprouts and deep-fried thin tofu dressed with sweet vinegar
Ingredients 1 pack bean sprouts 1 deep-fried thin tofu 2 tbsp sugar (30ml) 2 tbsp vinegar (30ml) Soy sauce White sesame seeds
Wash bean sprouts quickly, and drain them in a colander.
And remove the root ends of the bean sprouts (If bother, optional),
and boil for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes...
Drain the boiled bean sprouts, put in a colander. And let it cool down.
Combine the bean sprouts and the deep-fried thin tofu in a serving bowl. (Deep-fried thin tofu, baked in a oven until brown and cut into thin strips.)
Add the 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp vinegar, soy sauce, and white sesame seeds, then mix all.
