Hi there. This is Lisa La Barr, certified nutritionist for Expert Village. We're back.
Another great thing that you can do for your child's and their food allergies, just to
be able to help alleviate some of those food allergies is the gelatin alleviation. Basically,
you can either make soup from stock, which is a little bit more time consuming, or you
can buy some gelatin. Get a cup of water, make sure you just go ahead and warm up the
gelatin, or excuse me the water in a pan, add a tablespoon of the gelatin, mix it up,
and you add vegetables and basically anything else; eggs and meats and that type of thing
and make a nice soup for them. The gelatin is great because it really helps to coat the
stomach and really helps to heal the stomach as well. So this way, if they do have any
food allergies, it actually helps to heal it and make sure that they don't get any more
food allergies to begin with. This actually has to be incorporated for quite awhile. It
may take a month or two or even longer actually, to actually help out your child. But once
they do, they'll be so much happier and you can eat this too. It's very healthy and actually
helps to absorb other nutrients. So, that's something you can do for your child. It'll
be great and they'll be happy and so will you.
