>> AMBAR: I hate that I slouch.
I've always had bad posture, as
long as I can remember.
Even my mother saying when I was
a kid, “Sit up straight, sit
up straight, sit up straight.”
I do it because I want to feel
shorter.
So I slouch everywhere I go.
I don't want to end up like a
hunchback.
>> VIVIAN: Ambar!
Sit up straight!
er
The ist any room in your
life not to have good posture.
Physically, sitting like crap
gives you headaches, it gives
you neck aches, it hurts your
low back.
Now, I have a couple of
strengthening exercises and
stretching exercises that can
help you accomplish that, so you
have nothing to worry about.
The first exercise is to stretch
out these muscles over here,
which are known as your pectoral
muscles, which make you do this,
and these muscles over here,
called your occipital muscles,
which make you do this.
Look, Ambar.
Snow angels.
This exercise is good for
helping you stretch out your
pecs.
You want to find all the
different angles that are tight,
and you want to slowly stretch
down to the floor.
You can always find a corner in
your house, stick your forearms
on the wall, and bend your nose
in, so that your shoulders get
stretched out that way.
Now, Ambar, there's no point in
doing any of the exercises if
you're gonna sit like crap.
Your spine is like a house, and
your pelvis is like the
basement, and when your basement
is off, your first, second and
third floor are off.
What this posture seat does is,
it puts your basement into a
stable position.
So that way, your first floor,
second floor, third floor, your
low back, your mid-back and your
neck get to be put in the right
place without any effort.
This is a posture brace.
It's like a bra, but it's not
for your ***, it's for your
shoulders.
So it keeps you supported and
keeps your shoulders back
without you having to do
anything.
So, Ambar, sit up straight,
stand up tall, and be fabulous.
>> LISA: I know Vivian told you
about this little posture
cushion.
>> AMBAR: Yay!
>> LISA: You want to try it?
>> AMBAR: Yes, very much.
>> LISA: All right, awesome.
Here you go.
Let's see if it helps you out.
>> AMBAR: Very comfortable.
>> LISA: Is it really?
>> AMBAR: Yeah, I don't feel
like I could slouch if I wanted
to.
>> LISA: Very good.
You don't want to.
>> AMBAR: No, sure don't.
>> LISA: And you know what, it
makes your *** look a little
perky.
>> AMBAR: That's only a
positive.
>> LISA: Yes, it is.
Coming up, Ambar's shocking
