Hi! I'm Liz with Stuido Soiree. Now we get to go the bunny. She's one of my very favorite
moves. She's not a spin. She's going to be against the pole. The bunny always starts
with a pirouette first. Planting your outside leg, back facing the pole. When you're here,
you kind of have to think about it for a second. Think of what a bunny's like. She's soft,
cute, sweet. Get your form together, tuck in your core. With control body movement,
we're going to slide our hands, our little paws, over our knees. Once we're here, we'll
stay for a minute being adorable. Bunny's are also a little naughty. Bring it back up.
That's your bunny. I'll do it one more time for you. We have both of our knees together.
They stay together. Our body is controlled, sliding down. While we're here, take a little
break. That's your bunny.
