One of the dribbling drills that we have planned for today is through the legs. Now this is
also a change of direction dribbling drill. So if I am starting out going right I have
a defender on me. I want to go through my legs, have my left hand ready to meet the
ball and I am going to go in the left direction. I am going to go slow, through the legs. One
of the things you may notice is I am keeping my body really low. I don't want to dribble
really high up here because that is a good way for my defender to steal the ball. I am
now going to demonstrate that in full speed.
One of the most important thing with our dribbling drills is it takes practice and be patient
with yourself. You see I have been playing for years and I have still made mistakes.
It's okay, as long as you get back up there and you keep trying that's all that matters.
So that's dribbling through the legs and that's it for dribbling.
