for living. Just like food shelter and water.

Everyday, and I feel horrible after I eat it.
Well that is because sugar is addictive, just like drugs. It triggers the reward response
in the brain. Just like drugs, sex, and alcohol do. Technically, you get addicted to it the
same way.
So, what are you saying?
You need to learn to control your eating habits. Don't obsess, just make small changes every
so often. I would say for starters, try limiting cake to twice a week and see how that goes.

That is why I am here. You are not fat, but too much sugar in your diet can cause some
major problems, I don't want to see that happen to you.
What about the rest of my food? I love it too...
Just keep it in check. Exercise, get good sleep, and do your best to eat a normal balanced
diet. That is about all we can do you know?
