Welcome to the demonstration video of the Api CRM Dynamics To Web
developed by the company Antiss.
If you manage your customers data with CRM Dynamics
and if you want to display in real time a part of these data in your web site,
we developed an interface to help you in the configuration.
This interface Api CRM Dynamics to Web
allows to connect CRM Dynamics
to your web site
and to create a connection rule for each view to be displayed in the web site.
We provide HTML code
which allows real time communication
between CRM Dynamics and your web site.
With our API, you will be able to create several connection rules,
in reading or writing mode, in both direction.
Let's take an example to show the whole process.
The company Demo Consulting
manages her commercial data with CRM Dynamics
and wants to display the active missions
in her web site.
For that, she wants, in a page Our offers,
display a table with the list of missions.
To configure this link,
we're going to use our API.
The web site must be registred.
For that, you have to copy
the url of the web site,
enter the login and password to connect to CRM Dynamics
and the specific url of the CRM Dynamics.
We check the values.
If the test is ok,
we can finish the registration of the web site.
We have to create now a connection rule,
associated to the view.
In this case, the active missions,
which will be visible
in a reading mode in the web site.
We get back the fetch XML.
We go to 'advanced search',
and we download the fetch XML,
associated to the view we want to display.
We copy
this code in the rule
and the connection code is created.
To use this connection code,
we go to the administration board of the web site.
In our example,
the web site is developed with the CMS Joomla.
We provide you the HTML code as plugins.
There are 2 here.
First, we have to download them on the web site.
Now, we have to active them.
These plugins will help you to generate the code
in the web site
allowing the display of the data in real time
from CRM Dynamics.
We go to the page Our offers.
We want to insert the table here.
The Crm Content button
will help you
for the configuration.
We choose to display as a list,
we put a class suffix for the table design
and the connection code created by the API.
We can now
access to
all the fields of the view.
An example of the data is available to help you to choose
the columns you want to insert in your table.
We choose a link to be able to access the detail.
It's possible to choose the order
of the data inside the table.
We give for each column
a title
and we define
an article
to which we will be redirected to see the detail of a record.
The code is inserted in the page
and you just have to save.
We go now to the article Mission detail
in which we will display
the data, not as a table,
but as detailed fields.
We use the Crm Content button,
we enter the class suffix,
the connection code
and we follow the process again with the available fields.
This time, in the detail,
we will display
more information.
One more time,
we generate the code
and we insert it into the page.
The configuration is now done.
Let's see the result in the web site.
If we go to the page Our offers,
we can see a inserted table
with the missions.
We can choose the number of visible elements and we can click on 'more' to see the detail.
If a record is updated in CRM Dynamics,
we are going to add
UPDATE VALUE
to the title of a mission,
we will notice,
after the refresh of the screen
in the web site,
that the values has been updated also.
