Minim stroke adding crossbar, this is a two story letter. Slightly above center or a crossbar. Gives
it that sense of weight on the bottom. F is going to be a little bit wider than the E,
crossbar's going to be lower to fill in that empty space a little bit. G starts out like
the C, getting all these harmonies. See the harmonies starting to evolve? It's a rounded
form. And what you're doing is you're imagining. This is called the beard. I'm going to see
if I can fit the H in here. H is two minim strokes. Now the H is a two story letter,
so it's not going to be too wide.
And again, let that crossbar come slightly below, above center, rather, so it looks a
little heavier on the bottom. The minim stroke is the capital I. It's one stroke. You can
spend a lot of time just practicing that. The J is a letter that actually evolved out
of the I. So we're just going to give it this little distinguishing characteristic which
is like a tail. That's enough to say I'm a J and not an I. And here's the K. K's open
at the top. That is a distinguishing characteristic. Its major distinguishing characteristic. And
we want to make this stroke come out a little bit further than here, giving that enough
space to have this one looking like it's heavier on the bottom.
