Welcome to Expert Village, I am Schell Michael and in this segment we're going to be talking
about your surfers workout. Another thing you can do for your legs and kind of incorporate
your butt and more of your lower body besides running is doing stairs or even sand hills
at which are great. They're both outdoors and they get that stamina going, and they
just really workout. They workout your calves, they workout the back of your legs, they workout
the front of your legs, I mean, you're just getting that, that movement going. And the
more you workout your legs will help you more with like I would say your turning and your
tricks and different kinds of movements. Also keeping that good balance that good center,
that stance, you know being able to hold it is really important. You never want to get
tired out there where you're kind of just like standing there and so, the better you
get a lot of people like to you know, carve the waves, rip up the waves, shred the waves,
whatever. Do sprays, all kinds of moves and that really helps because when you're going
to do that movement it's so extreme. Like, you're going, you're going and then you have
to just like, bring it back. And a lot of it has to do with the control you have in
your legs. So the more control you have practicing on land and just getting them stronger is
going to help you have more control out there on your board.
