And when you're sitting down with your designer to design your dress and you have your pictures
of the dress that you want, you want to make sure that the designer does take a good look
at the pictures and goes ahead and sketches out the dress that you, that way you want
it. You want to make sure that any adjustments that you want on the dress are sketched out,
so that you make sure you and your seamstress are on the same page. And make sure that the
designer's seamstresses' writes down notes that you know exactly what you're getting.
Also, a good idea is to get a copy of the sketch so that you know, so you can remember
what is exactly you're getting. A lot of times, you'll have several different pictures and
the designer will take those pictures and put them to the same dress. You want to make
sure you've got a sketch so you remember exactly what all those three designs are going to
look like combined. Make sure that your designer has your information, where they can contact
you and have a fitting schedule set-up so you can come in and have your dress fitted
when it's being made. These are works in progress and so you won't be trying on a finished product
at the very beginning, that you won't have the finish product and the dress is done,
towards the end of your fitting schedule. Also make sure that your seamstress does have
the fabric that you picked up written down and the color and double check and make sure
that the fabric you have chosen will work with the style that you've picked out.
