Hi, my name is Chuck Boyk and I'm an Ohio personal injury attorney for the last 26 years.
One of the questions
that clients ask me on a regular basis is, "What is the
criteria that I should use when I'm hiring a personal injury attorney?".
I guess
I'd point out 3 specific criteria. First,
what is the experience of the attorney that you're going to hire?
Does that attorney try
personal injury cases? How many specific cases has that attorney hired? If you're
going to get
back surgery from a neurosurgeon you certainly wouldn't want to be the first person that was
operated on, you would want a surgeon that this was his
1000th or 2000th surgery and you would like to talk to some other individuals
that have had
surgery from that person to
try to get some
good results. So you'd want to try to get some testimonials
or talk to some people that have seen that surgeon. So of the things you need to look at
is experience.
