If you have everything already - and we have so much in Western Europe -
then you start, anything you change could also mean that you lose,
and you don't want to do that.
Vienna is a fantastic place to be.
It is really the bridge between the East and the West.
And the spirit coming from what were former communist countries
is still very much an eagerness to learn and to change.
And this coming together, I think, is the only way for survival for Europe.
We are basically a consulting company.
That means for companies that are either start-ups
or companies that need to go into a new field or new products,
or in a new country:
This is usually a situation where it's something new and you have to develop it.
We do not just do the consulting, but we also do the marketing and the PR.
We combine very much also the architecture, design and arts
so that it's really like this corporate identity, this positioning as a full idea.
One of the things we're most proud of really,
and it's a perfect example of what Brainswork has done,
is this Incredible Europe project.
And we bring together some of the most influential -
and the word is influential -
innovative and creative change-makers from around the world,
and of course more than ever from Europe.
There are some fantastic partners that we have in the Incredible network,
and one of them is really the Dreamacademia.
This is the guy I told you about: Katze, my favourite dreamer.
One of the things that is really great
about the Dreamacademia and the Dreamicon Valley,
is this parallel of the Silicon Valley and the Dreamicon Valley,
which is territory between the borders of former East and West,
and the idea of a no-man's land.
- The no-man's land there doesn't exist on any plans so far,
because it was no-man's land and nobody used that kind of land.
Dreamicon Valley's base must be the dreams of the people,
who realise their dreams.
- At the last Incredible Summit we had the opportunity to meet Gabarage.
- Most of the people who visit those conventions,
they get loads and loads of these badges and stuff.
And they're usually thrown away the day afterwards.
But what you did this year was very clever,
in the first place because it combines the name-tag with the basic information.
So you're likely to keep that, even I have this at home on my shelf
because of all those names and information inside it's perfect, you know.
And so we just have to think
about a way to produce it out of sustainable material,
and maybe re-use it if something is going to waste.
- There is a lot of entrepreneurial spirit in Europe,
there's a lot of companies that started here in Europe,
there's a lot of things we can be really proud of
and we need to show that off.
We just need to showcase what Europe has.
And it is different, and that's ok.
Europe is 700 million people
speaking more than 50 languages.
And we should be one single player, and that's dot-EU.
We work very much internationally
and we work from Brazil to New Zealand but we are a European company.
Especially for Incredible Europe
it is of course of the utmost importance that we have a .eu there,
and it's a statement.
The future is bright. We live in the best times we could.
