Hi it’s Steve from PartSelect. Today we are going to show you how to change the washer
arm on your dishwasher, and it’s a really easy job and you won’t need any tools let
me show you how we do it. Now to do this repair we’ll begin by opening the dishwasher door
and then we’ll remove the lower rack, now once we have the rack completely removed we
are just going to grasp the base with the support of that lower wash arm, and then unthread
it counter clockwise, it maybe snug but, simply unthread it and pull it up out of the bottom
of the dishwasher, and we’ll discard that whole assembly, and then we will just line
the new one up and make sure that there is nothing obstructing the opening there, drop
it down in place, get the threads started and then just tighten it by hand, snug as
you can tighten it, so the opening should be just about centered towards the front,
now we can reinstall the lower rack, and close the door and our repair is complete. I told
you it was an easy job, thanks for watching and good luck with your repair.
