A great way to work your abdominals is through the combined assisted leg lifts. So Gina and
I are going to work on that right now. We're going to come forward, just a little away
from each other and we're going to try to bring our heads together, hopefully without
knocking our heads. Good. And then we're just going to reach our arms to each others shoulders
if we can or the tops of the arm bones. Yes, we're going to extend our legs out long and
flex through our feet. We're going to inhale in and engage your core and lift the legs
up. Good. On the exhale reaching them up. And then lowering them inhaling and lengthening
through your heels. Good. Trying to keep the small of your back pressed into the earth.
Good. Exhale, pull your belly in and lift your legs up. Good. Inhale, lower the legs
down one more time. Draw your belly button in, working through the abdominals pressing
out through your heels and then as you exhale lift the legs up. And this time we're going
to take this into a modified tranquility pose. So we're going to lift up. Good. And bring
our legs to the outside of your partner's hips and just breathe.
