Today i'm gonna share with you my weight loss story and I decided to change my life
about 10 months ago consistently lost 37 pounds
and mainly now just focusing on maintaining my wii
keeping I might lose you know couple more pounds but
overall I'm very happy with where I am now I wasn't only thirty-seven
now gain some weight working in an office
last few years and when he just decided to make a change
didn't just want to lose the weight working there I just decided
I'm capable anything I want and I should really just be
achieving maximum potential and i just decided to use my life better
like so I broken up what i dnt like

my weight loss I religious more like cut down
homie once a month for special occasions but in six months ago I just decided to
cut it out completely
and that's something that really didn't help me you know achieve my weight loss
alcohol is points really not good for you it
got calories sure cards something that I cut out completely and

so no cookies no candy no juices
I'm nothing would you know artificial sugar I
do those little Beach either coffee and things like that sure completely I know
that's not realistic
rest my life so I have been trying to slowly have something like that on
special occasions really reserved

restaurants are
out frequently and I was not really like ask jumpy
for you but when I want yes I was finding myself like
eating out maybe once a week twice a week
way more than I ever had wars and week
and I'm talking eating out like subway
most I wasn't making terribly unhealthy decisions
I was getting like sup but I didn't stop eating out completely a
maybe even now like few times over the last year
was like truly a special occasion streak
I don't like you don't like it I'm I'm pretty
hookers I know you cannot see from videos makeup
areas like to spend some money but me eating out is just a waste
don't like spending my money there and it's not good for you you don't know

so eating out is not something that's really apartment game plan

work earlier in the day makes me feel much better
