Hi. This is Matt Senatore on behalf of Expert Village and today we're going to learn how
to make our stuffed veggies, Mid-eastern-style. Okay, we're almost there. Now, what we're
going to do is we're going to fill our vegetables. So we're going to take a tablespoon and just
get into the filling here and just kind of proceed to fill up your vegetables like so.
You want to just kind of pack it in there. Oops, got a little too much, so wipe away
the excess.
And then we're going to put that on our baking pan. And I put some tin foil over it, just
so it's easier to clean later and it also doesn't stick to the pan. Now let's take our
zucchini boat, as I like to call it, and we're going to stuff that. This is going to be awesome.
There we go. And, of course, you'll want to try to make it as neat as you possibly can.
So just kind of wipe the sides away a little bit. I can get a little more here in the corner.
And now we're going to take that and we're going to put that on our baking pan. Now let's
go for a tomato. Let's grab this one right here and we're going to stuff that one. Just
get our filling inside the tomato like so. And the cool thing is we have our little cover
for it right there. So I'm going to fill the rest of these and then our next step is to
bake.
