Do you know where you're headed and why it's so important to know that?
Hi I'm Stacey Berger, here with Mastering Your Mindset. If you are new

where we're headed? In the Proverbs, it says "Where there is no vision, man shall
parish." And that sounds a little bit harsh but it's true, if you think about
it - if we don't know where we're going how will we ever get there? I was
laughing at myself the other day, we were at a restaurant with the kids and they
got the family coloring book, and one of the activities in the coloring book was
the mazes. I don't know if it was, you know, get the dog to its dog house and
you're supposed to find the direct path to that dog house - and the kids
automatically went to the dog house and worked their way backwards, which of
course was the easiest way to do it. And I noticed there was a part of me that go
oh that's cheating, that's not the way you do that, and then there
was another part of me that went how smart - that's the easiest way to reach a
goal is to start from the end. And it's the same with our life, we must have a
clearly defined blueprint. Just like when you're building a house, you start with
the blueprint. It's the same with your life - how much time have you spent
designing a picture for your life, asking yourself the question where am I headed?
What would I love? What am i creating? How clear is that picture? If you want some
help designing that picture, there's a link to an audio below that will take
you through a process of really creating that crystal clear picture. The other
lesson I learned that day from my kids is to really look at - where have I made my
life harder than it needs to be? Where is there maybe more of a direct path, less
resistance, but because of the rules or or the way that I've learned and had
patterning, where am I making my life more difficult? And I think it's a great
question to ask. It's just because we've done something one way for many years
doesn't mean it's the best way - so to start to challenge your thinking - where
could I do this different? Where is there less resistance? Where is there an easier
path to get to where I'm going? So one of the powerful ways that we create a new
result is starting with the end in mind. Asking yourself what would you love?
Creating that blueprint - make sure you download that powerful audio to help you
get clear about what it is that you would love. If you found this helpful, be
