Next topic we are going to cover about is treadmill running. Some of the pros of treadmill
running are that it is easier on your joints, it allows you to run in an controlled environment;
out of the elements, and another benefit is that it allows you to accurately monitor your
pace, allows you to adjust the rate that your running at, and it allows you to monitor your
times. Some of the cons of treadmill running are it can be monotonous at times unless you
have a TV or something to occupy your time while your running. And that, it is not as
difficult as running outside in the elements and on the different surfaces that your going
to encounter when your out running.
