What's the difference between ServSafe, NRFSP and Prometric?
ServSafe, NRFSP and Prometric are all nationally accredited Food Manager Certifications.
They are equally approved and accepted by state and county health departments.
Now, some corporations or businesses have an internal requirement for their staff to
obtain a food manager certification from a specific company.
If there is no such requirement, then any of the 3 certifications are acceptable.
