What will you be cooking today? Fruit Samosa (fruit stuffed, deep fried snack)
Ingredients required to make Fruit Samosa
Pomegranate Seeds, Wheat Flour, Dates, Apple, Orange, Grapes
Lemon, Salt, Ghee & Oil
Let's see how to make Fruit Samosa
Make a stiff kneaded dough with the wheat flour by adding salt and water and let it stand for an hour
Use a bowlful of wheat flour
Roll the dough into small balls
Also, slice all the fruits into small pieces
Take a frying pan and heat some oil and a cup of ghee
Meanwhile, flatten the rolled dough balls in a round shape
Mix all the fruits
Add some salt for taste and squeeze some lemon juice into it
To make the samosa, cut the round dough in half
Fold the halves in a triangular shape
Now, stuff them with the mixed fruits and seal the edges
Deep fry the stuffed samosas
Garnish with some fruits of your choice and it's ready to serve
