Student I'm going to be going home until January 17th. This is the first time living away from
home. It's like different to me but I really like it. I get to do my own thing.
>> Kevin Students are on their way out. They've finished their exams, they've completed their
first semester at Temple University. About six months ago we moved them in. Today we're
excited to help them and their parents, move them out.
>> Parent Her little niece will be excited to see her because they get along, they're
very close, and uh, it'll be an interesting Christmas this year.
>>Student Ready to go home.
>>Father Back to rules, back to rules, right?
>> Kevin Parents and students will have to re-acclimate themselves to each other. When
they last left there were curfews, there was different food that they probably had to eat,
there were chores. Parents have been asking us all semester, how do we work with them
when they come back home, you lay out the expectations and you talk to each other. This
is a transition for the parents as well, because the parents have been living without them.
Be patient for the parents, I think that's important as well.
>> Parent It's been quiet. It's been very quiet, and uh it'll be nice to have the hustle
and bustle back again. And then we know she's going back here again, so it'll be quiet again.
