Hi guys, it's Martin Marsi here - the author of the Wisdom Faculty book series.
Welcome to the introduction of my first book -
the Power Vibrancy Massage Guide:
How to Unleash Your Super Human Potential
and Eliminate Stress with a 10 Minute Self Massage System.
In this volume I'm presenting the quick and easy self massage protocol
that I developed over 7 years. In the title
I say that it ELIMINATES STRESS and that's exactly what it does!
It does not just relieve it, but it takes it away completely,
when you do it in the end of your day before going to sleep.
If you apply this method in the morning it will CLEAR YOUR MIND fast
and raises your metabolic rate quickly. The part of the title that says Unleash Your Super
Human Potential
has to do with MENTAL PERFORMANCE
and your general STATE of WELL-BEING. The massage will improve the movement of your
LYMPHATIC FLUIDS in the body, and possibly
in the GLYMPHATIC system of the brain, which ENHANCES YOUR ABILITY to
THINK CLEARLY,
while also releasing physical energy that you can use in your daily
activities.
It will enable you to think on a level
that your are ordinarily
not capable of. According to Rudolf Steiner,
when the COSMIC ENERGIES come to the planet, they are integrated into the
human body
through the LYMPHATIC SYSTEM. I believe from my personal experience
that this is why, after the lymphatic flow has been stimulated,
one can TAP INTO an unearthly band of THOUGHT. Doing a massage improves
your SKIN HEALTH,
and applying it in the end of your day activates the IMMUNE SYSTEM,
that starts gathering waste and pathogens from your body.
It will RELAX you and enable you to FALL ASLEEP
extremely fast. Here is a figure that shows you how stress levels rise,
when you wake up in the morning, and how they keep on rising,
when you go to work. They drop when you get back home
and relax a bit, and then they start rising again
as you are getting depleted of energy. Point 3 on
the red graph shows the MOUNTAIN OF STRESS
we end up standing on, when we are finished with the day,
and are ready to go to sleep. High stress levels can cause problems with
falling asleep, and
make the SLEEP that we do get be of poor quality.
The blue line shows how you can use SELF MASSAGE
to lower your stress level right after waking up in the morning.
Then after getting back from work and just before getting into bed at night.
It enables you to keep your STRESS LEVELS low throughout
your day, and that supports YOUR GOOD HEALTH
and LONGEVITY. Avoiding stressing yourself out
keeps you away from dropping into the FIGHT OR FLIGHT MODE
of the sympathetic nervous system, and it holds you in a CREATIVE and CALM STATE
of the parasympathetic. You can do the exercises
of this massage system while sitting behind your computer
and surfing the Internet, or when watching TV.
After going through it a few times
you DO NOT HAVE TO THINK about it conscious anymore because it will be
applied from your
MUSCLE MEMORY. You will benefit immensely,
whereas you will almost forget that you even did it.
Whenever you get into stressful situations,
you will know that there are going to be profound POINTS OF RELIEF
many times during the day and the week, that are like WATER to
a thirsty person.
You can project in your mind becoming filled up
with a GREAT SENSE OF WELL-BEING routinely, and that makes you
feel POWERFUL !
It UNLEASHES YOU to take more action in your life
because you are being supported by a lot more ENERGY,
