Hi guys my name is J and I'm talking on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to talk to you
about precooking your chicken fajitas One thing you want to do before precooking is
you want to let your breast set out on room temperature for about at least a hour. You
want this to be at room temperature because when you stick it on a hot pan you don't want
it to decrease the temperature of the pan and loose any of that heat. You want it to
be nice and hot right when you stick it on the pan you don't want it to loose any of
that heat. Also preseason your chicken, you want to seasoner your chicken that way it
kind of penetrates your meat and the seasoning gets nice in the actual middle of your chicken
breast and just taste so much better when you seasoner it. Some people would argue to
preseasoning 24 hours in advance and stick it in the fridge you can do that if you like.
If you have a bunch of time I don't so I'm going to seasoner 20 minutes before cooking.
Also seasoner you want to preheat your pan, preheat your cast iron pan again in medium
heat to medium high heat. Depending on your stove. Mine gets really hot so I stick it
on medium you want to preheat that for at least 10 minutes so it is nice and scorching
hot and you get those nice shear marks on your chicken breast and you are going to have
beautiful chicken fajitas Thank you.
