What are you lokking at?
You wan to play rough?
OK! Say hello to my little friend.
Good Evening,
ladies and Gentlemen, my name is anonymous and i am here to tell
you about my plans for twenty twelve
without more ado let me begin in twenty twelve i will design and implement an
online university for radical activists all around the world which shall have the
name of RAGE university
RAGE meaning radical alternative global education. The main aim of RAGE
university will be to provide a central database and online learning environment
for cutting edge activist tactics at the same time it will provide a social
network for activists all around the world to learn from each other and
collaborate on projects. Later Rage university will expand with a
collaborative translation project in order to make activist manuals and guides
available in many different languages. this project will be known as FACTRAN
meaning free autonomous collaborative translation network. Tthe
third stage involves the creation of comic book versions of the best
materials available in all language versions which will be available for
free download all around the world
Now, to give you an example activist studying a module on Rage university called
demonstration tactics for example
would read and summarize manuals and guides.
They would share experiences and analyze video clips, look at police tactical
manuals and finally created a summarized guide in simple english of the best
demonstration tactics. This simplified guide would be translated using a wiki
collaborative translation approached by other activists into their respective
languages on the FACTRAN platform. Finally artwork and images
would be added to create an easily accessible and visually attractive comic
book version in all respective languages, available for a free download.
Now, if any of you out there have any questions or are interested in joining
this project please send me on email: RAGE@rageuniversity.org. Also feel
free to drop in for updates at http://www.rageuniversity.org
thank you kindly, ladies and gentlemen!

:How to control your angry feelings". When angry feelings start bubbling up take a
timeout
for five or ten minutes
go for a quick walk
take a few deep breaths
take your temper out on your pillow yell at the sky
do what needs to be done to get the anger under control
there's a difference between expressing angry feelings when enraged and
expressing angry feelings after the temper has been tamed.
it's healthy to express anger.
A tip for expressing anger in a healthy way is to use "I feel statements",
for example
i feel like smashing the state
or i feel like effing *** up... now!
Or, I feel like revolution now! This anger management tip allows people to
express anger without letting angry feelings takeover
and without offending,
ostracizing,
or scaring innocent people in the same situation as yourself.
Learn to direct your anger at what you wish to target.
people who struggle to control angry feelings, know how destructive anger
can be
When expressing anger
it's important to think carefully before sharing feelings.
Plan how to express anger in a constructive manner in advance.
Write down the main causes of the anger and the most important issues to be
addressed
make a careful well-thought-out plan on how to effect change or destroy the
social situation or organization that is making you feel so angry. Try to stay
on topic, that is,
avoid discussing problems that occurred in the past,
YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH!
Find the real cause!
sometimes bad tempers flare because of unresolved issues
such as disappointment at social injustice or a betrayal from a teacher,
authority figure, or family member.
if it's true
then feelings of an controllable anger may be triggered by little issues such
as lost keys or an offhand remark.
to control angry feelings it can help to figure out the real source of the
problem. If the past unresolved issue isn't causing angry feelings, then
be specific about the present problem.
take it one step further and find concrete solutions to the problem.
for instance, if it's an injustice that triggered the angry feelings,
work together to avoid the same problem in the future.
if that's not possible,
eliminate the person responsible for the injustice altogether.
if it's a social situation that caused the anger then explore ways to resolve
the situation by changing society in an effective way. anger management tips like
these are often difficult to implement at first,
but they can become habits surprisingly quickly. it's important to remember that
it takes practice to control and direct angry feelings and use the energy on bad
tempers it doesn't happen overnight
but it can happen surprisingly quickly
remember anger is your friend and without anger there can be no freedom
the world makes us angry so we can change it
Hasta la vista, Baby!
