So, if you're going to work on a 2D surface, working with the gel medium is my personal
recommendation as the best adhesive to use. If you're going to work on a 3D surface, the
gel medium also tends to work well. But, if you're going to work with something, such
as a hard surface like wood, or even metal, or glass, you're going to need to use different
types of adhesive and investigate into which ones would work best. I find that spray adhesives,
some of the strong bonding adhesives, actually work very well, when you're working on larger
surface areas of a 3D object. But, you could also collage onto paper something such as
this, cut it out and then just adhere this entire piece of paper that has already been
collaged on, on top of a box or on top of a 3D object. So, that's another way of thinking
about using adhesives and creating other collage projects. And, I thank you today for joining
me on the excursion of learning how to collage, and I hope that you enjoy your endeavors in
creating your own.
