Upon receiving your perfume and deciding that you would like to exchange your perfume, you
can simply exchange the perfume at no cost to you. This however does require that the
perfume be returned in resalable condition. This means:
* That the perfume has not been opened from its original packaging and is still in its
protective plastic seal. * The perfume is returned within 30 days of
the order date Simply re-send the perfume in a securely packaged
box (using the packing the perfume originally came with) and arrange for postage at your
local Australia Post office. We recommend including parcel tracking when returning the
item as we will not be able to compensate you if we do not receive the returned parcel.
Please include your postage receipt and order number in the package before you seal and
post the parcel. Address your return to: purelyperfume.com.au

and include a photo or scan of your postage receipt, include the order number as well
as the tracking details within the email. Once we have received your return, we are
happy to exchange your purchase and compensate you the postage cost in the following way:
* Based on the price of the perfume you wish to exchange your original purchase with, we
can add or subtract the difference with you. Once the difference has been processed, we
will ship your exchanged perfume. * For postage, we will incorporate the cost
you incurred in shipping your returned perfume as part of determining the difference.
