Hi, this is Jeremy with Expert Village. We're going to go ahead and teach you another trick
with the clubs. This one is basically called the "double spin". What it means is instead
of just spinning it once and catching it, as you throw it you're going to throw it high
enough and with enough spin that it actually goes around twice. You can do this when you
juggle all three of them, and if you do it fast enough, then you can actually spin completely
around and catch them all again. I'm going to go ahead and just teach you with just one
club, and if you get that down, who knows, maybe at another time we'll figure out how
to do all three. And what you do, just like with the normal, you go ahead and hold the
clubs one over the other, at this point everything like you did learning regular juggling. You
go ahead and you start your juggling, your cascade, and at some point you've got to decide
when you're going to do a double spin. Usually I would start with your dominant hand to try
and learn it. And you're just going to go ahead and you're going to throw it up, and
as you throw it up you're going to throw it up with more force, and you're going to spin
it with a little bit more force so that it spins twice before it comes down. Don't throw
it with too much extra spin force, or you'll end up hitting yourself in the lip again.
So let's go ahead and show you how that's done. You have the cascade, you go ahead and
you double throw it, now you've got to make sure when you double throw it that your other
hand doesn't throw early, because as you double throw it, it's going to obviously go higher
than if you just spin it once. So make sure that your non-dominant hand doesn't throw
early. Alright, here we go. And that is how you do a double spin.
