Hi I'm Lori Schneider from Austin, Texas and owner of Figs Catering on behalf of Expert
Village we are going to show you how to make vegetable spring rolls with a Thai peanut
sauce. So my Thai peanut sauce is done and one of the things that with Thai peanut sauce
is you want to make sure you do is taste it. The measurements are never exact cause it
always depends on the ingredients that you are using. For example if you are using commercial
verses regular peanut butter basically different on the salt levels and on the sweetness that
you are adding to the sauce. So make sure you taste it. And like I said earlier if you
taste it and if it is to salty add a little bit of peanut butter and that will help come
back some of that saltiness. If you taste it and it is to spicy you can again add more
peanut butter. If it is not runny enough one of the things you probably need to add is
going to be some more white wine vinegar or some more soy sauce depending on the flavor.
But once you start playing with the sauce you can start understanding what the different
flavors we add to the sauce to make it and give it that nice complex flavors that we
are looking for.
