Hi :) This is Dawn, The Empathic Coach, here to bring you another short, powerful guided
meditation designed to bring you to a deeper level of awareness. We're going to be working
with dissolving fear today.
Now this is a fear, something that's been stuck with you for a while, or you're about
to go do something or you would like to do something and fear is getting in your way
- it just feels like it's stuck. It's ready to let go. That's one of the reasons you're
listening to this now - because you're ready to move.
So take a deep breath, and if you’re driving, or I only have half of your focus, pull over,
pay attention, we're going to do some deep work. So breathe.
Now I want you to call this fear into the forefront of your mind. Allow it to be, allow
it to just be there for a moment. You can feel it rise, it feels very tight, like it's
stuck, like it's in your way. Very uncomfortable.
Notice how uncomfortable it is, and now tune into your body. notice where your body is
uncomfortable. It may be in your neck, it may be in your head, your chest, your guts.
It's likely going to be somewhere in the torso - that's where all of your major energy centers
are, and fear is energy that has gotten stuck. That’s it, it's just energy that's not in
motion. So we're going to get it moving, and we're going to do that using the breath.
So take a deep breath now, and focus there, notice, tune in, feel where it is.
Give it a moment. Give it a name if it helps. Deep breath, you're being very brave. We need
to name this and know it - whatever it is, and I can feel you, I’m there with you.
Energy knows no time and space.
Deep breath now, and wherever this is in your body, bring your hands there. Just gently.
You may feel a tingling. You may feel a warmth - whatever it is, it's good. It's all good.
This has served a purpose, that's why it was in your life for a while. But, now it's time
to go... Now it's time to move on, to let it go. It's done.
Deep breath, and I’d like you to breathe into that space, breathe into the fear and
look at it. Just be with it, let it actually be there for a moment instead of trying to
push it away, instead of trying to distract yourself or find something else to replace
it or build yourself up so you’re strong enough, or anything - don't do any of that.
Just look at it and breathe.
Send your attention to where your fear is hiding in your body. It's just hanging out
there, kinda stuck. Continue to breathe, and as you do, as you breathe out, breathe out
into this fear and look at it at the same time. There it is, yep, still there. Breathe.
And now notice how small it is in comparison to you. You created it, you can create something
else. Notice how it's just kinda like a tangle, a tangle of energy that's gotten stuck. No
big deal, let it fall away with a breath.
Take in that energy again with a breath, let it be yours. Feel the wonder, the gratitude
as this energy finishes unwinding from its old configuration and returns to a neutral
space. So easy. See yourself moving forward in your life, moving on.
See yourself embracing the power - you are ready now. Invest this power elsewhere.
Breathe.
Relax.
Unwind.
Another deep breath in, now blooow the air out and blow that energy into your future.
Just reapporpriating that energy, puttin' it somewhere else. Somewhere awesome.
You've been growing stronger behind it while its held you in check. You’re here now,
listening to the sound of my vice, because you're done, you're ready. So let it be done.
