What's going on guys? It's Adam won't lose and thanks for joining us in today's webisode
of thoughtful Tuesday.
We created this concept to help those who started the week on a bad note which is on
Monday and I wanted to make sure, if your week is starting bad, let's stop it by Tuesday.
If your week is going great, let's make sure, you know, your week is going great right through.
So, today's lesson is called 'What is your Why?'
You see there's a girl who always emails me and tells me, well she emailed me once, but
I get this kind of email all the time, you know, I lack motivation to go to the gym.
And you know, these people are looking for, you know, a photo or a video to get them to
the gym to workout, you know, usually.
But that shouldn't be the motivation, you gotta dig a little bit deeper, you got to
understand, what is your why.
And what I mean by that, let's assume we call this girl named Suzie, alright, let's write
Suzie's name right there. Right?
She wants to go to the gym, she says she lacks motivation to go to the gym.
So, we're going to dig a little bit deeper to find out what is her why.
Her why is, if she goes to the gym, she will gain confidence, she will improve her health
and she'll finally have a body that she's proud of, alright?
Now, if Suzie remembers these 3 things, this becomes the motivation, right?
Now this will always drive her to go to the gym, alright?
You've got to dig a little but deeper to understand what is your why.
If your why is more greater than your motiv—than just the motivation that gets you started,
the why keeps you going, alright?
Alright, another example, another prime example, you know so much people say that money's the
motivation, but I beg to differ because it's what you can do with the money, that becomes
the motivation.
So for example, if I say I want to make 20 dollars, ok, that's the motivation, right?
But, what will I do with that 20 dollars is the real motivation.
For example, you know, I'll be able to buy my brother, you know, some lunch, I'll be
able to you know, buy myself some lunch, so understand, me buying for my brother is the
motivation.
So today, I'm working hard for my brother because I want to feed him, so that becomes
my motivation, I understand what is my why.
You've got to dig a little bit deeper, it's more than just motivation, figure out the
why because the why is the motivation and it will keep you going, ok?
So dig a little bit deeper, that's what thoughtful Tuesday is for today and I'll see you guys
