In this video tutorial you will learn how to set up Android SDK correctly and use fastboot.
First go to the official android sdk site and download the ADT bundle for Windows.
Once downloaded, extract the archive to your local disk C for easy access.
I also recommend you rename the folder to, say, android-sdk as the original name is rather
confusing.
What we need to do now is to open the folder and navigate to Android SDK Manager and run
it. Make sure Android SDK tools, platform tools
and build tools are all installed, scroll all the way down and install Google
USB drivers.
All right, once installed, close the program and navigate to the platform-tools folder
where you should see an exe file name fastboot.
Now, open start, search for CMD and copy it over to the same folder where fastboot is
located at.
And that's pretty much it, you can now run the command prompt we just copied and type
fastboot to see if it all works.
