Hi this is Cable for Expert Village. When you capture your art work digitally, there's
a variety of tools you can use. Some of which are more expensive than others. I'll just
go over a few of them. The first favorite of mine is for Macintosh computers and it
is called Frame Thief and it is pretty expensive, about $40 dollars. You can get it online and
it is basically a frame grabbing application. It takes still images and puts them in order.
In the case of animation, it takes the drawn frames and plays them one right after the
other and then it exports it into a final movie, either in AVI or in QuickTime. Depending
on your resources and budget and how willing you are to pay a lot for the software that's
very expensive, you'll have to experiment and see what works best for you. Some applications
that will work is frame grabbers and order your still images are Frame Thief, After Effects,
Final Cut, a good free piece of software that is available online and uses a standard webcam
for PC's is called Stop Motion Animator. It's easy enough to do a Google search for how
to capture animation and find many, many options, maybe that's how you found this video.
