Let me give you demo of swar saptak, I am just starting the app
In the screen on center you can see 7 different chakra.. 1,2,3... >
and seven
So each of them has
particular meaning
in the ancient Indian texts
and some of the texts also relate
these 'chakras' uniquely with the swar
on the left hand side what you are seeing is an indian classical musical scale
it has seven swaras
also it has
'komal' and
'tivra' swar notations
you can know if you are not aware of the notations you can go through the help. which,
tells you
how the notation in this app works
ok, I am running low on battery. that is fine.
so whenever you are singing
first thing you have to
make sure that you are in quite environment because this works on
the input from your microphone. so whatever the sounds surrounding your
ipod or phone
that uhh
that gets captured and get's
processed
to identify the swar of it
so first you have to make sure you are in quite environment
and the second thing, because everybody has different
Base Note
first
first we have to select the "SA"
uh... let me sing 'SA'
Saa.....aa.... Here it is coming correctly because i have already set it
but suppose when you are singing sa and it is not showing the 'sa' correctly
that means you have to set your 'SA'
and for that you have to sing sa and while singing you have to press this
yellow triangle
let me do it
Sa .... aa.. ...
so now you can see my
'Sa' is set
here on the Top corner you can see the absolute note
which you are singing
Sa...aa.....
Re..ae..... Ga..aa. Ma...aa
Pa....aa Dha ....aa. Ni..ee..
Sa...aa..
Re...ae... Sa....
So.
after setting Sa if other notes are not coming properly
that means you are not singing it correctly and you require more practice so..
yaa this was short
demo of this app
if you want to know more about swar you can click on it
it will show you short description of it and
