what's up guys
in this video we will show our chest routine
may not be the best, but it is what has worked for us
This routine consists of 2 different circuits
Each circuit consists of 3 exercises
The first exercise is mucle-ups
if you still can not do muscle-ups you can do dips on the bar
that was the first exercise,
the next thing you gonna do is regular push-ups
but if you have a buddy you can use it as a extra weight
well, that's the second exercise
the next exercise we will do, are wide push-ups with the hands like this
and this will work the edge of the chest
try to do at least 30 reps
and well, those were the 3 exercises of the first circuit
try to do this circuit at least 3 times
The objective of this first circuit is to tire the muscle
on the next circuit we will work more intensively
to break all the muscle fibers
the first exercise of this second circuit
gonna be dips
you need to do around 8 reps
in this circuit gonna be few reps
because you will not rest between exercises
the next exercise we will do, are push-ups with the legs in a higher place
to work the upper chest
Finally, to complete this circuit
we going to do, diamond push-ups
maybe you are thinking that they are for tricep and not for chest but...
are going to show how to do them
so they do not become a tricep exercise
what you have to do is open the elbows, separate them from your torso
and we will lift a leg
that send most of our weight to the upper chest
in this circuit will be few repetitions, around 8 per exercise
but without rest between each one
when you complete the circuit, you will rest 30 seconds
if you are a beginner do 3 times this circuit
if you're more advanced you can do it 4 or 5 times
