So right now I'm just going to show you a few basic moves in solo form, things you're
going to be seeing a lot of Sabar dance and solos and the different rhythms, a couple
jumps, turns, just some basic movements. So we're going to start with the Five Step Jump,
I'll show you some turns, some ways you're going to move your legs, and then later we'll
be talking about those things in more detail. So the Five Step Jump is pretty simple, you
can see the basic movement of the legs, watch the turns, you can turn as many times as you
want. Your legs are very flexible, you could be moving them in and out, like this, kind
of in rhythm to the drums, you can be twisting your feet. Just make sure you keep your flexible
legs, and you arms the same thing, and there's a lot, like I said of sexually suggestive
movements in here too, we have some hip thrusts, things like that, hip circles, and kind of
like throws to the side. You have something I like to call the Leg Jut, which can be done
on either side, again your flexible legs, and just a lot of those movements. You can
put them all together, the thrust, the turns, the in and out, you got to grab at your clothes
a lot, that's one big ascetic, and it's all defined by the drum rhythms.
