[INTRO]
Hi everybody!
Today, I want to make a review on a product not necessarily essential in a home studio...
as for example, I often prefer to manually create and edit notes...
directly in the DAW! (Digital Audio Workstation)
However, it is a product that I got to enjoy a lot...
as it helps to compose music faster and stimulates creativity!
I'm talking about the Oxygen49 by M-AUDIO!
So, what is this Oxygen49?
But above all, why the hell I always wonder: "what is this?" if I already know the answer... ._.''
Oh well, in any case, let's find out immediately with the demo!
The Oxygen49 is a MIDI Keyboard or also known as "mute keyboard"
as it doesn't output any sound but it sends MIDI signals that can be processed by the softwares on our computer.
It is possible to play this keyboard exclusively by associating it with softwares or plugins such as synthesizers.
On the back of the keyboard you can connect a pedal for sustain.
Being an USB MIDI Keyboard, just connect it to the computer and it is ready for use!
In fact, if you use Ableton Live 9 you will not need to install drivers...
because the Oxygen49 is already supported by the software.
Lets see in more detail the features supported by this MIDI Keyboard!
Starting from the left, we have the Pitch Bend which allows us to change the pitch of the sounds.
Followed by the Modulation Wheel.
Then we have the Transpose to change Octaves.
A beautiful feature is the ability to control the faders of the software mixer...
directly through the Keybord's faders.
Not to mention the endless possibilities programmable to the knobs
So, the Oxygen49 is not limited to being a simple MIDI Keyboard...
but it is also a tool that helps to stimulate creativity!
In conclusion, although it is not an indispensable product in a home studio...
as it is a great product and it did not give me any kind of problems!
The review is completed!
Thumbs up if you liked this video!
Comment if you want to say something about this product...
Greetings and see you in the next video!
