Hi it's Nikki, or MehiraDeOro
And this is my first international convention: I am currently at La Mole Comic Con
I haven't been here before this is quite fun
This is in Mexico City
and some main differences for Comic Con in Mexico City VS. Comic con in the U.S.
or I should say 'conventions' in the U.S.
There is only one room and everything is in it
There is one room across that has like a little auditorium set-up
And it's a little bit...I don't know--I don't even know what's over there
I haven't been there
but yeah, basically everything is one room
There's different booths for different things
There's booths for like Ghostbusters, Star Wars, Star Trek
I'm actually right next to the Star Trek one
If you can hear lasers in the background that's them
There are also some famous/professional cosplayers here
Most of them I believe are from the U.S. if not all of them all from the U.S.
Especially the infamous Joker
So far...it's a little bit different, there are not any panels
which I was kind of uspet about
I was kind of hoping to see a couple panels
But yeah, for the most part it's about the same
When it comes to cosplaying there is about a third
of the amount of people who cosplay
the rest are just in like regular clothes or their wearing graphic t-shirts
that have symbols and stuff on it for like batman and all that
This is also my first Comic Con--I've never been to one before
So...very happy about that
And oh my God is it cheap! It is so cheap!
For today I think it was roughly $25 U.S. dollars for the day
For Comic con back home from my understanding is like $50 or $60
...It's so cheap...
So...yeah that's it...Bye!
