Hi, this is Willy. The problem with low-light photography is that
your photos tend to be a bit blurred because your shutter speed will be quite
low and the photos will turned out to be quite yellowed because they are usually tungsten lights.
So there are few things you can counter that, number one, you can change, up the ISO, change it to
maybe about thousand to thousand-six, depending on how sensitive the camera is.
Let me change to a thousand-six over here and
change the aperture priority
and shift
your aperture
till it's very large or a very very small f- number. This will ensure a much higher shutter
speed.
Then, change your white balance, such that it is tungsten.
That will neutralise the yellowish colour off
incandescent bulbs.
And then, now note that when you do this, your depth of field is going to be very shallow, which means something
that you are focusing will be sharp but the background will be rather blurred.
So, focus on something and then
the background will tend to
blurred of quite a bit.
