Oftentimes in a school
particularly start-up mode you're one two three it can feel like you're the only
person that has ever had this problem when the reality is every single school
that's opened has had the same exact problem one of the best things about
building excellent schools is not just the program that you go through and then
everyone shakes hands and moves on. In darkest day as a leader i've been able
to call the team at BES and ask for good
unbiased support and make sure that I move on for my kids to get even stronger as a school and a community.
We've been humbled
by the level of
concrete strategic
support
that BES has been able to provide to us
over the course of the years.
On-going support has been just
paramount to helping us get to the place where we are now. The school the mission
the vision and everything you worked for
in the fellowship actually comes through
to fruition
and is done so with fidelity.
Holding the accountable for
what i said i was going
ongoing support allows you to have a safety net a support network that you could
always go back to
to ask for help to get guidance to be pushed. It's actually a person Building Excellent Schools that comes down
gives you feedback with how the school is running
give you advice you can pick up the phone and call them and say I can't figure out this problem.
Could be leading professional development
could be helping new plan professional
it's really tailored to the needs of the individual school
where they are in their life cycle and what challenges they face.
