Weight Loss. That’s obviously a key subject that we’re
all very interested in when we are diabetic, assuming that we’re overweight, and quite
a lot of us are.
It is quite likely that watching this you will be a few pounds overweight if you’ve
been diagnosed diabetic, its one of the main causes.
During the program I noticed, interesting the weight loss aspect of things,
it was far from linear.
By that I mean it wasn’t constant. If you are going into it expecting large weight
loss, you’ll have to be patient because I think
the amount of liquid, water that you are consuming in the green
drinks is probably counteracting your good efforts with your weight loss and so I think
that, I found that for a month I didn’t really
lose anything.
But the sugar levels were coming down lovely and that was the reason I was
doing it. If you are doing it just for weight loss it might be disappointing.
Anyway I found after the month was up then it all started happening. During the next
month and the month after I lost over two stone,
with ease really, by then I was eating well, plenty of salads and vegetables of course,
and lots of decent things which I am going to tell you about in a later video.
Yes, the weight just steadily came off and I found I have managed to keep it off since
during periods when I eat properly.
I have lost a little bit more actually without the intensive part of the program with just
keeping the diabetic part going and the health side, I’ve managed to lose a little bit
more weight and keep it off.
That’s what we all want really so I am now down to, in the range of 15 stone which might
sound a lot to you but I am 6ft 4 ½ and my doctor says that’s pretty good.
I wouldn’t mind being 14 something to be awkward, just to lose a little bit more on
my back but only time will tell, we’ll get there in the end and I hope you will too.
