There's actually two different types of arm lifts that I do. One is a minimal incision
technique that I do on most of my patients and the incision starts right here and it
goes to the back of the arm. So when the patient is in a normal position you absolutely cannot
see the scar and the beauty of the way that I do it, it lifts the arm but also lifts the
back area and the chest area and on top of that, I remove the sweat glands so they don't
sweat anymore in their armpits. That's the beauty of that technique. Now when people
come in with severe weight loss and their arms are hanging all the way down here, then
we have to do the more commonly performed procedure that's done throughout the United
States, is where there's an incision all the way down the inner arm.
