\f0\fs24 \cf0 How to adjust the tension for Shimano Road and Mountain pedals.\
\ You will need allen wrenches and pedals. When
adjusting the tension on your SPDSL's they are on the part where the spring is and there
is only one place, go ahead and put the allem wrench in there and before you tighten you
see there is a notch with a little viewing area to see how tight your pedals are. the
tighter you go the lower the index goes. if you are a new rider make sure to keep them
loose that way you don't have any issue about not being able to clip out. On SPD pedals
its the same thing, only on the SPD's they have a plus and minus sign. The wrench bolts
right there and turn to plus sign to make stiffer or turn to minus to make looser.\
These pedals have indexes, check to make sure you are getting correct and equal tightness
on all pedals.\ \
Thank you from biking.com have great ride.\ \
