Ingridients
Put water in large pot and wait to boil on high heat
Add two teaspoons salt
When water boils, add 250 g. of whole wheat spaghetti
Set the timer on 8 minutes
While spaghetti are cooking, mince 2 cloves of garlic

1 teaspoon of white pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Cover the bottom with extra *** olive oil - 2 tablespoons
About 1 teaspoon origano
Mix together
Prepare salmon, add 1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon extra *** olive oil
Rub with hand
After 8 minutes, spaghetti are done
Drain them and put back in pot
Heat the pan
Add mixture to spaghetti and toss
Add salmon to the pan, cook about 4 minutes on one side
Turn over and cook for another 4 minutes
After 4 minutes, remove salmon from the pan
Again, add about 1 tablespoon extra *** olive oil on salmon
Serve spaghetti on 4 plates
Serve salmon
Add 1 teaspoon origano and leaf of rucolla on each plate
