Hi, this is Kevin Lindenmuth for Expert Village. I'll be talking about camera angles and camera
moods. The first is the extreme long shot and the extreme long shot is usually used
for establishing location of a scene of what you are video taping. This can be like a shot
of a exterior of a house, it can be an exterior of a city something that is half of mile away.
It's just a very wide shot just to show the whole shot of a scene. If you have a shot
of two people talking or something you don't necessarily want to have an extreme long shot
because all though it looks very small, unless that is the shot that you want. If you want
them to see the small in significance they will appear very tiny in the screen. So usually
you would go and we'll use a close up and a medium shot but for the extreme long shot
that is just establishing the whole location of where it's suppose to take place.
