We welcome Mr. Antonio Catamo, known by the sweet pastry that fantasies of San Cassiano made landfall

Tell us a little about this activity and say that his is a big responsibility,

This has been a vice for me, after 20 years of opening a company of fresh pastries, bakery, ice cream.
It has created an opportunity to push a square as important as Lecce,

This bar is the oldest and most historic bars of Lecce has 100 years, despite everything
I wanted to get involved, to see how I could restart it. With the help of my wife,
who is the right arm of the company, we have taken this step longer than expected.

Traditional sweets, can not be inside my pastry Coffee Alvino, pasticciotto are made with
the pastry and custard,the stone buildings is a product made of puff pastry stuffed
with mozzarella and tomato, very simple.
We employ other products such as Bavaria,then we have diversified
from pasticciotto classic cream with pine nuts,
lemon, cream with black cherry and so on.For this I am very happy and proud because
they have so much appreciated what were my inventions,my ideas.

Antonio Catamo great for gelato and pastry shop is a job or a passion?
Mainly passion, because I like to create, is not all my professionalism,
but also of my staff that I learned to choose, without them I would never have been able to continue
with two such important companies in the area. Nowadays the idea of investing is born working,
creating and comparing them, see a better product. We have a very significant turning point and the ice cream
we have taken a huge step and praised for the quality of the product. This is due not only
to the professionalism also some great recipes, alongside products that we produce,
with regard to the ice cream, gelato is a great and pleasant improved sensitivity
