Hi, Linda Hallberg here. Today I'm going to show you something many have been asking about for a while now.
namely an ombre eyeliner, an eyeliner which goes from one color into another.
and I'm going to make one in black and white.
I'm going to use two eye shadows from NYX, one in black and one in white. Both of them are a little shimmery.
If you watch my eye liner video, I show you how to blend these two together in order to make an eye liner.
When I feel likeI'm ready with the white one, I'll start on the black eye liner.
Now I'm gonna do the black one, and just like the white one I mixed Make Up Stores liquid with the eye shadow.
I'm going to continue with the black and end it with a tail. Then I'm gonna try to blend these two colors together for a nice fading.
There we go. Now I'll do the other eye.
Now that I'm fading the colours, you can do it in a few different ways.
You can use a white or black kajal pen and blur between the colors.
Or, like I'm doing now, use what's left on the eye pencil and use that to dab very carefully so that the black will fade into the white.
And then I'm gonna place some eye shadow, so that the fading will look even better.
the brush that I'm using is called number 102 and it's a very thin eye liner pencil from Make Up Store.
That you can use both to cake eye liners and if you want extremely thin lip contours.
Now I'm using the white shadow dry to get a very fading effect.
And place it on top of the eye liner that I already made.
There we go. Now I'm done with the eye liner. I'm just gonna finish up with some mascara.
Before I'm appyling the mascara, I'm gonna use some eye shadow and put it right under the eyes, so that you get some color there aswell. This one is called Love in Rio and comes from NYX.
I'm just applying a small amount so I get a little shadow right under the eye.
Funny thing, this is the make up we used on all the Valerie models during Fashion Week.
There we go! Now I'm gonna apply the mascara. I'm using Make Up Stores Volume Mascara. I've already prepared and curled the eye lashes, so I don't have to do that now.
Zigzag the lashes for best result. That way, you encapsulate the entire lash instead of just doing the bottom.
An then I'm gonna do the bottom lashed aswell. And I made a little mistake here, because you're suppoused to do the bottom lashes first, but you don't always think, do you?
So I have to wait a moment now.
Now I've waited long enough, so now I'm painting the bottom lashes.
The reason I paint the bottom lashes first is because if you paint the top lashs first, you might end up with smudge on the eye lid when you blink.
I'm gonna finish with a lipstick that I almost ate up during this recording. It's called Lychée and comes from IsaDora.
It's a light pink lipstick that takes down the red on the lips a notch.
Now I feel ready!
This is how easy it is to make an ombre liner with two eye shadows, one mixing liquid, a brush, some mascara and... lipp stick doesn't have a nything to do with the eyes, but... So that's how you get the look really easy
