Hey, welcome to a new video!
This time for breakfast April had some watermelon
but she got it from Nate so I don't have it recorded.
Later I gave her some coconut meat
avocado and papaya, so she could pick and choose.
As you could see, she sometimes takes pretty big bites.
She'll learn one day.
Later I gave her smoothie and something new to try.
At that moment she wasn't too interested
but she liked it much more the next day.
I thought she wanted a banana
because she was hanging out by them
but turned out she didn't
and she ate a few pieces of papaya.
The issue with April's so-called swollen belly comes back like a boomerang
and a few people told me that she has a belly
like starved children in Africa...
So I'd like to explain it here real quick
that small children, up to around 2 years of age,
have bigger bellies.
It's because their stomach is in a different position than ours
because there's not that much room inside
It changes its position around 2nd birthday.
The other thing is also that, for example,
liver is a big organ comparing to the rest of the body.
So it all has to fit somewhere.
These were the reasons for a bigger belly, that I know of,
Not starvation at all.
After our visit in the park she finished the smoothie you saw before
and we got back home
where, yes - again, she had papaya.
And when I was eating grapes she wanted some too
but she ate one only.
That day's dinner was a raw vegan ravioli.
I was asked by Alicia to make it.
Like I probably already told you,
she's getting more interested in a raw vegan cuisine.
It turned out pretty tasty and I gave April some.
To be honest, I was surprised she liked it so much!
And it wasn't sweet at all ;).
To make this ravioli I used yellow squash
which I cut into very thin slices...
I tried, at least.
Filling, our cheese, was made of cashews,
nutritional years, turmeric, lemon juice.
I'll write down exact proportions in the description box.
I mixed together spinach and sun dried tomatoes.
Earlier I also marinated mushrooms
and I'll tell you more about it in the description box too.
Sauce on top is made of raw sesame tahini mixed with water.
I later put it all together and that's all.
Pretty easy, right?
Thanks for watching, I hope you enjoyed!
If you did, come back next time
and don't forget to leave a thumb up! I'll see you next time!
