One of my favorite stories is I was doing an open house, a brokers open house in Midtown
East for a very large penthouse priced over $10 million. And there was an another agent
doing an open house for a small apartment in the building, she just came up and said
hi Angela, how are you? I am so and so and just nice to meet you. And we started to talk
it I said by the way; do you have a client for my penthouse? And she said well, I am
working with the family, it's a different price point and the price point was not so
different. I said you know what? Just bring them over. And sure enough, two weeks later,
she brought the family over and we had a wonderful transaction.
