Welcome to Team Wild's Sunday Show.
Now this is Emily. And she is dressed, in a very fetching Realtree AP snow prom dress.
And we're dating.
But seriously, last week you saw we left Steve at home alone.
While me and Killer, came to IWA, the world's greatest and most fun shooting and outdoor hunting event.
But, there wasn't really that much cool stuff. And it wasn't really that much fun.
That's a lie. Check this out!
Woo, woo, woo. Hang on a minute. You can't see all the cool stuff yet.
You haven't seen what was on last weeks shows.
On monday's Realtree Global Hunting, Ian was hunting giant wild boar in the forests of Hungary.
Tuesday night saw myself looking at the amazing, Merkel RX Helix and .30-06 for Team Wild's gear show.
Wednesday was Carnivore and Scott Maddox showed us how to field dress a hog.
Thursday's Apex Predator saw Mr. H hunt a monster crocodile on the murky waters of Mozambique.
On Friday it was part 4 of reloading your ammunition on Team Wild Academy.
Then Saturday it was our IWA air gun special. As we brought you all the cool stuff from the world of air guns.
Now, you can see all the cool stuff.
So we're here in the ruag factory in Nuremberg and we've got a very exciting day ahead of us.
Now I'm with Nicole whose going to talk us through a little of what we're going to be doing today, here on the 22 range.
So what have we got?
Here we will be showing you how good our 50 is which is our main competition round.
We have .32 and this is the cartridge most often really good, top shooters are using.
- I'm quite an average shooter will it still be ok for me? - Of course, of course.
It's a very good round, everybody can use it of course.
Mainly the competition shooters are using it because their national teams are buying it for them.
But you can buy it in every store. No problem.
Of course it's very good accuracy. So maybe you are not very...
Accuracy is very good for us.
Now Keith behind the camera there, because unfortunately Daniel is away today, so Keith from Team Wild is filming us.
He is very average when it comes to shooting, so accuracy from ammunition is really important.
Because it narrows down his probability of losing game. So...
- We're going to let him go first and see. - Ok, let's see.
Tell me a little about this equipment here. It measures the velocity, the accuracy of the ammunition?
This is is for accuracy and this one for the velocity.
- 16.7mm - 16.7mm, which is some pretty awesome shooting.
So provided we can hold the gun straight. This ammunition should hit the target. Is that right?
That's exactly it, yes. That's right.
Good. So Wildy, no more excuses kid.
So what we have here is a new power piercing pellets, they're called.
Funny cane shape with a groove, an expanding groove.
And they're in 22 so, lets see if we can hit something.
Another dead tin of pellets. It's terrible.
So as you see, if you weren't there, you missed out.
Wildy!
But seriously even if you didn't have the pleasure of going to the IWA show in Germany.
You've still got another week of cool shows coming up on Team Wild TV to keep you cheered up.
On Monday it's Realtree Global Hunting, as Ian takes you guys Muntjac hunting in Oxfordshire.
Tuesday night's gear show, sees myself looking at the Gun Boss cleaning kit.
Wednesday night is Carnivore, and it is Wildy's turn to show you how he field dresses a sika hind.
Thursday's Varminators sees Mr. H is off to solve a problem pig issue in the Czech Republic.
On Friday's Academy we have turkey legend Steve Hickoff teaching Ian how to use a turkey box call.
This Saturday's Air Power it's myself and Steve back out on the hunt with the daystate huntsmen.
So that's it from this weeks Sunday Show. As you can see, everyone is packing up and we've got to go home.
That means next week we'll be back with Wildy. Which means we'll be thoroughly bored, incredibly....
...wanting to come back here to IWA but...
we are now, so we can still have some fun. Beers are on Killer.
