This video is part of the Office for Teaching, Learning, and Assessment's Video Shorts Series.
In this video, we will demonstrate how to access previous years' assessment reports.
Archives of annual assessment reports are available to faculty and staff online using DePaul's Campus Connection system.
However, to access these reports you will first need to add TLA Content to your Campus Connect page.
Let's take a look at how to do this!
First, you will need to log into Campus Connection.
Enter your username
and password to login.
After logging into Campus Connect, you will be directed to "My Page" by default.
In the top left-hand portion of the screen you will see a line called 'Personalize.' Click on the content link, here.
In the middle of the screen, you will see an option to customize DePaul pagelets. Click on the box next to 'TLA Content' then click save.
You will return to "My Page" where you should now see 'TLA Content.'
To access an assessment report, click on 'Assessment Reports,'
then the name of the division,
the name of the college,
the name of the department, and finally the year.
Please note, as in this case, you may see a note that the report is a pagelet. This means sensitive information, such as individual
student information or test items, have been removed from the report. If the information on Campus Connect is a pagelet and you would
like to request access to the full report, please contact the Office for Teaching, Learning and Assessment.
If you have any questions about accessing previous years' assessment reports, please contact
the Office for Teaching, Learning, and Assessment.
